關於本班Introduction
國際經營管理碩士在職專班(EMBA)簡介
本校「管理學院國際經營管理碩士在職專班(EMBA)」以「最優資整合性師資架構」進行創新領域的合作,透過學系與學程的互補與統整功能,發揮教學與研究之綜效,提升教學研究品質,擴大社會服務功能。此外,本碩士在職專班亦將尋求與國內、外知名大學合作機會,邀請國內、外大學知名學者至本校擔任客座教授,以開拓學生之視野。
 
教育目標與特色
整合創新─本專班整合國際企業學群、觀光管理學群、文創經營管理學群、高等教育管理學群、文教管理學群、組織 管理學群等領域之課程及專任師資,並特聘學界與企業界知名教授與講師,提供更具競爭力之課程。

人文專業─與中台灣優質企業緊密互動,定期邀請各界專業人士、校友與專班同學們分享其管理、經營理念及領導成  效,並透過個案教學達成管理學院推動「人文經濟產業」終身學習的設立宗旨。

國際視野─安排專班同學至亞洲、美洲、歐洲、澳紐等118所海外姐妹校交流研習,安排國內外企業參訪,尤其是臨 近臺灣的東南亞國家,以亞太區域經貿發展的相關議題為本專班的課程核心。

Introduction
The EMBA of our school invites talented business authorities to construct a perfect environment to study in. Through the combination of the department and the curriculum, the EMBA are able to elaborate teaching and study effect, elevate the quality and amplify the function of social service. What’s more, we sincerely seek opportunities to cooperate with international units, even invite top authorities to teach and share, broaden the horizons.

Aims and Features
Integration and Innovation –The EMBA program integrates the curricula and faculty in the departments of International Business, Tourism and Recreation Management, Culture and Creative Management, Higher Education Management, and Education Management. It also invites renowned scholars and specialists as guest professors to enrich the competitive curriculum.
 
Human Economy –The program seamlessly connects with high-quality corporations, regularly invites specialists and alumni to share experiences of management, business, and leadership. Through the pedagogy of case study, the EMBA attempts to achieve the goal of lifetime learning in the industry of human economy.
 
International Perspectives –The program plans students to exchange study in over 118 sister schools throughout Asia, America, Europe, and Oceania, arranges students to visit both national and international corporations, especially those near Taiwan in Southeast Asia. Issues regarding economy and trade development in the Asia-Pacific area are the core concern of the curriculum.
